modding a toyota prius?

i know gm/saturn used a modified ev1? to get a speed record of somesort.

i think something like average 150mph for 24 hours or something like that?

The cars of the future will use electric motors at each wheel because they produce way more torque than a gas motor does. The new Toyota Tundra heavy duty versions will use just that to make the same (or more actually) power than the big american trucks do. And thats some inside info for you.

ya see? i do hav a point here, also considering gasoline will be obsolete in the next 40 yrs, might as well start wit some other sort of energy like honda's fuel cell car? heard it produces as much torque...
