Default Question For Workout Squad...

I was just wondering if there were excercises or something that i could do on a very tight limited time schedule...see before i started going to school...id work from 5:30am -2:00pm adn then come home, relax, and work out for like an hour...well now i work from 5:30am - 11:30 am and then go to school at 12:30pm - 5:30pm adn by the time i get home from sitting in traffic and work on homework or study...i hardly have any time! just wondering i mean if doing pushups would help keep my tone or should i bring some hand weights in my car and do some light lifts with those before i go to class???? or push ups maybe???what can help me??? just curious since i dont have any time anymore! thanks:thumbup:

Drink 2 bottles of Bawls just as you wake up... get dressed and ready to work out... take your keys and go outside... ball up your keys and chunk it. As far as you can. Aim for things like trees or bushes, makes it a bit harder to find, expends more energy. Do that about 5-10 times and you'll be on your way.

I'd recommend getting a pull-up bar. That way, you can do some pull-ups, push-ups and ab excercises for about 10 mins without the need for weights and stuff.

Whats good about the excersises like pushups is that it really keeps your old definition the same.

Like if you dont have time to go to the gym for a week... but you still bust out a couple hundred... you'll keep tone.

I dont have the money here in FL for a gym, so I been doing about 6-8 sets of 30 pushups a day, sit-ups, some chin-ups and running. I still am staying pretty tone and the endurance is getting better.

But I'm fat anyway, so dont listen to me.

It's a high caffine drink.

http://www.thinkgeek.com/caffeine/drinks/2818/

"This berry lends a sweet flavor to the drink. Scott thinks it tastes like a shirley temple. That's not too far off, but some of us think it tastes more like a fruity Sprite. Really though it just tastes like Bawls and the only way to experience that is to get a case and figure it out for yourselves "
