Well, I wanted a 5 speed, but I ended up with an auto. My dad let me take money out of the bank that was set aside for me when my grandfather passed away if i got an auto (it wasn't much out of that account, I believe only $1800--which, well, that account is pretty large).

It's the same color as Axe, it's kind of a gold, kind of a silver, depending on the light.

Cool color choice... did you check the link? The color is called Cashmere Silver, who the heck thought up that name.

Cashmere silver? It's more gold I think. Last time I checked cashmere was a sweater, and who the fawk would wear a silver sweater?

Anyway, I'm going to get some lubricant and put it on the window tracks and seals. The rubber seals really get dried out after 95k miles.

I think it needs the timing belt changed, that's the only thing that really hasn't been done yet (I should check the records back a little more). I'm going to go to the store and get some screws for the plates and wash, clay bar, compound a few scratches so they're less noticable, polish, then seal it up for winter. Phew. My parents went away for the weekend so Yeah, I should be in school.

Rick, thanks for making it more clear, ha. I wub my honda. I'm going to need a HAN sticker, although I don't really like to put stickers in the windows, but they'd be relatively easy to take off when I sell the car.

It's smooth, at least. I don't plan on any mods. I just have no reason to, it's nota good investment. How do I help prevent the rear quarter panels from rusting? The molding on the one is lose (the lip of the wheel well). Just keep it well waxed?

Don't mod your Accord. I used to own a '93 Nissan 240SX fastback when I was 17 and modded it like crazy. Now I have three cars, but none of them are modded. I plan on keeping them stock cuz I don't see a need to make them faster. I just am not interested in modifying cars no more.

you made a good choice for a car.
