I'm with you on that. Only my list is slightly different. I'm partial to the Chevelle SS, the Nova, the (of course) Bel Air, Barracudas, but I don't like the superbird as much as the Charger Daytona, I'm not a fan of Impalas, but definitely Dodge Demons, AMC AMXs and Javelins, Plymouth Fury Sports, Chargers with the 383, 426 or 440, Challengers, Darts, any old Chevys from the 50s, Nashs, Packards, Olds, Lincolns, etc.

The modern cars I secretly like: early generation RX-7s, the torpedo shaped ones. Early Volvos, especially the P1800 and the turbo 240s. And Trans Ams...

I also secretly like my 1992 Honda Accord sedan a lot! Even though its old and drives like crap I still love it over than my TSX now.

 

why does it drive like crap? abused?

 

I bought it two weeks ago from this guy I know. He was the second owner of the car and he drove it a lot.....the car had 189k miles when I got it. It drives kinda bad cuz the muffler is rusting out and everytime i accelerate its kinda loud and rattlely. Its not an aftermarket exhaust, its the original stock exhaust. The rear suspension is bad, so everytime i go over bumps the car would make a loud sqeaking noise. When I drive on the local roads the ride is kinda harsh (Highway driving is comfortable) and it vibrates pretty bad at idle. Also, the brakes aren't that great, they make a thump thump noise when its released.

The car needs a lot of work and there is quite a bit of rust on the body and the underneath is rusting too. I am still committed to keeping this car alive for a long time.
