depends on what you consider "friendly"....about 6k in parts (basically any pipe that has to do with your exhaust needs to be changed from your heads to your Y pipe)....new exhaust manifold...and then you have to find someone with enough time on their hands who doesn't know what impatience is....then get them to install it for you. oh....for another 3-4k.
i tried for a turbo in my EX V6.........crashandburn.....
