Yeah did it through the tool kit...

1. After you've logged in click on Applications
2. Then choose Retailzone
3. After that loads, find where the Products link is and click it.
4. Then somewhere in there you click on Manufacture's Websites
5. Then go to the M's and click on MSN TV or something like that I think... after that it will open up msn.com and then just click search at the top.. and go where you want... I went to google first then did my searches. hehe... there you go, now go surf the web at work, lol.

You shouldnt have to go through toolkit..which blows by the way...but if u load any link that has a address bar u can type in anything in. which store do u work at? I'm the senior in merch!

wassup guys, i work for bby too.. im a 2 year part time wireless prod...

the easy way to get online thru the toolkit computers is to hit ctrl+shift and then click on the exit button up top. that should bring up a window where you can type in a URL. someone found out that we were doing that and they made it so we cant do it anymore.. the other way to do it is how jsinger said to.

im suprised you guys are just now figuring this out.. ive known about it for a loooong time

btw im at store 296, bel air MD. we're one of the first 4 customer centric pilot stores.. ohhh yea!

DEaccord: CC blows. seriously. check your stock prices lateley?

another easy way to get online is to open a pdf document (adobe acrobat file) in toolkit, which will bring up the adobe acrobat reader, then theres a small adobe icon in the upper right hand corner. click on that and internet explorer will open up.
