FREE programs for making webpages?

I want to make a webpage, just somethin simple, some pics of my car, blah blah. Anyone know of any FREE programs for doing this?

i'd find frontpage somewhere

but if you see sumone elses webpage and the format fits you can copy the source then change it in notepad

I use notepad... do all my programming the old school way.
