What kind of business are you in? Thats really surprise to me that your company is laying off whole departments. I thought this economy was supposed to be improving!

my company layed off 2 whole departments, and moved teh drugs to our orher company in the east coast, we lost marketing and clinical studies, the big people were offered jobs in oregon, the others were let go with a nice severance pay, but not total layoff.
