any steak house
"don't order steak from a non-steak house restaurant"

their standards are lower since they don't sell steak every minute

This one place in Montreal I always goto Sunday for brunch when friends are in town and we had a late night partying is called Thursday's. They have THE best steak tartare anywhere.

I know people who been there and that's the best part of their trip h:

It is Ruth's Chris, but while they're good, they pale in comparison to a lot of other places. In my opinion, best steak on the East Coast is to be had at Sam & Harry's in DC. Bring an appetite and like $150-$200/person.
