wtf, i work with a guy with a DUI, lost his license 5x and has a LITERAL STACK of traffic tickets on his hand, and he pays less than me with a similar car at the same company...a LOT less.

it'll probably sooner since if I recall correctly, you have to owe less than certain percentage of the value of the house.
and as long as the property value appreciates it will be sooner than 2015. the question is how much sooner... :dunno:
