Myers-Briggs
We did the Myers-Briggs assessment thingy at work today. It was pretty cool. The majority of the people at my office have a preference for extroversion (I do not). I turned out to be ISFJ. Uhh...I don't remember what that means.

-sensatvie, compassionate, and deeply committed to personal values
-loyal to people and institutions that exemplify their personal values
-guided by their personal values in decision makeing
-motivated to seek meaning and purpose in work and relationships

Ours took about 15 minutes. The exercises we went through after to see if the instrument accurately predicted our preferences took longer...but, it's more fun than working.
