ok here's the deal, i saw an ad on a bmq x5 and contacted the seller (private seller) i emailed him/her that im interested about the vehicle and this is what he/she said.

i know, it was too good to be true anyway. the vehicle has 10500 miles. its a 2002 BMW X5 4.4I the asking price is 27K. i was like damn, there must be a catch and there is...lol
