i just scored $250!
i made this whacky suggestion to make our lives in the call center a little easier and they let me put in action...finished up yesterday and they gave me a $250 bonus today!

when a customer calls we are now REQUIRED to give them the password requirements as it differs bank to bank. since there are 5 screens to go through to get them i suggested we put that info on the first page and i took about 8 horus in between calls to make the update.
