:fawk: they have let me down so many years they still could, and if they do its expected. But if by some miracle they were to win, the party in Beantown would be insane. Everyone in Mass would be partying for at least a week. The state would shut down, and would declare it a statewide holiday. But like I said if they screw it up, its expected. At least we still have the Pats, or maybe I shouldn't say that. Half of the team is out with an injury. Oh well, we'll see.h:

Cant wait for playoffs to start. I think it should be a great playoffs.

Oakland is tough, great pitching and pretty good offense.

As much as it pains me to say it the Red Sox offense is off the charts. Their pitching is a little shakey But I love the fact that B.Y. KIM is their closer. He has been quite the yankees killer in the past

Minnesota has been hot, winning 10 in a row i believe. Good young players who never quit.

Yankees are my team and will always be my team. The weak link in the yankees lineup is definately the BP. Rivera is fine but getting from the 7th inning to him is going to be tough. Hopefully Nelson will start pitching like he did back in the day for the yanks.

Oh yea hopefully #27 is in our future

That's refreshing.... someone actually talking baseball without just saying, "my team's gonna win" (I'm guilty too )

Anyway... Yanks don't seem as overpowering as they have in years past. I honestly think that if Boston can get good starts out of their pitchers and the bulpen holds on, we have a legitimate chance at going all the way this year.

(I know, "spoken like a typical Red Sox fan")
