i dunno who the hell said i allowed you to choose an M3, Mustang, 350z, etc....this was one or the other.

the new elise is SUPPOSED to be < 35k...

and if you think a mustang would perform like an elise...well i have some swampland in florida for you too.

the lotus is currently 121 with the rover works in it... the honda motor is not some standard motor that lotus puts in there, its something secondary manufactures hack into the car to make it meet US emission specs, AFTER they give it a new VIN number officially make it a NON-Lotus.

btw, last i heard Sun made around fourty elise for the US before their ass got shut down.

Presumably when comparing two roadsters one would stick to open-top cars. :dunno:
