should a stainless header rust?

DC headers blow ass anyways.

I am sorry I got mine now The lower mount for it broke the first day I had the thing and they wouldn't replace it.

Stainless steel is poor material for headers just ask any 4.0 jeep owner

ok well i called DC...

they said it could be some weld spots( like excess splatter) which can be removed with some type on cleaning pad type deal...i wrote it done but forgot...they said if it doesn't work to call em back....

i guess i'll do it tommorrow when i put in a new rad and rip out my ac

yup... the entire outflow on the 4.0 I-6 sucks... my '89 Cherokee was completely gutless with factory exhaust, but it's much better now that some obstacles have been removed... :rick:...

They should replace it if its bad. I think DC backs their stuff up :dunno:

I really don't have any reccomendations right now since the only one I have used is the DC....but you could always get a Mugen or Spoon header
