W solid y0!
Not sure if it was the same surgery, but my brother had a disk in his neck removed and the vertebrae were fused (yeah, they went in from the front of the neck). But, one thing he did mention was no matter how good he felt, he RELIGIOUSLY wore the cervical collar. Don't let her go without it. Made a BIG difference in his outcome. Only reason I know is because I am staring at the same surgery. Good luck.

Hi people, this is Peteys Mom, Really ty for the kind words and encouragement for him while I was in the hospital, I guess I recovered pretty quick but need to take it slow. No lifing, bending stretching and basically just chillin. Anyway, Pj and I are really tight and always have been. I have his back and visa versa. Done deal on that. He hurts and I hurt, so you see i know he was really scared and to say the least I was a basket case. The last overnihgt stay in the hospital was when I had him 22 years ago. Again you guys are the extreme coolness of friends. ((((((((((friends)))))))))))))))), TY. mom:thumbup:
