it is. The graphics are at least 10 times better. Teh racing is the shit. Most cars in the game are actually noticable (Civic, Teg, Mr2, etc.)

midnight club 2 wasnt so great, it was too unrealistic, slip stream is stupid, and the sensitivity is too high.
