im having technical difficulties with my other computer. it doesn't boot up anymore because it cannot find a fixed drive anybody with computer knowledge hit me up on aim FDragger plz

all the cables are fine. my instinct tells me its a virus cause the computer never moved from its orig location. what do i do if a virus causes it to not read a harddrive?

it's not a virus. gotta be hardware.

Do you have a bootdisk??? If so, you can boot it from floppy to run some diagnostics.

i tried using the windows start disk but it can't even find a c: drive :wtc:

me still stuck

sounds like you might need a reformat and reinstall.

so, your BIOS doesn't detect a harddrive at all?
