if fried with oil i take out the yolk....when i cook them(w/o oil) i let it cook like its sunny side up then at last minute break the yolk :loco: and add pepper
if its scrambled then like 3 whites to a yolk for me

I had Paggliaci (sp?) pizza yesterday with Feta cheese and spinach on it I think
