The only thing Denver has to worry about is forest fires, and as long as you aren't out in the boonies those really aren't a problem. No hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc. here. Even tornadoes are pretty rare. Makes me happy to live here.

Leak here and there, sounds like a train running through at times. Problem is the storm is moving too slow so we catching a lot of wind and rain.
