I threw out my back a couple months ago, it was close to the most painful thing I've ever felt. ANd the worst part... I threw it out getting off a bar stool and picking a CD in the jukebox. h: I still haven't recovered fully...

Not anymore.:thumbup: Since taking Taekwondo since I was 15 my back muscles was tense, sore and sometimes I would have back spasms but after using Nefful products, my sore back and tense muscles have pretty much gone away.
