HAH Jimbo the e-thug gonna ownzars me at CS :wtc: :exnbp: BTW I'm starting to like the new changes they gave to 1.6. The interface of Steam sure isn't pretty to look at but being able to join the same servers as your friends is way easier. The guns Famas and Galil are good additions to CT and T. So far most of the servers I've been on haven't used shields reason being that there is an exploit with the shield and pistol. I haven't been quite told what the exploit is but a lot of the servers are turning sheilds off. Also sound effect was upgraded on my newer favorite gun the scout. It sounds more beefy now The font on the interface is also poo poo IMO they need to rid of that and go back to regular font I can read Anyways yeah that is all :wiggle:

 

u dun need to install half life, just the steam install with cs and it'll automatically install hl with cs for you.

as for the shield exploit, it has to do with a certain combination that makes the server thing the shield is blocking yet the pistol is out ready to shoot, basically, it looks like the shield isn't in front of you to everyone but it really is and you get to shoot back without taking damage, even a direct headshot wont kill you from the front since the server thinks the shield is blocking.

 

i would twll you how the exploit goes but then you would turn gay....shielders are mostly slow so i just take my rifle and go straight towards and jump and shoot at their head


there was a more complicated exploit where you could get a shield and rifle but iono if its still there
