ready for takeoff?
Apparently the jetway lifted the aircraft up. It has an auto-level feature which levels the aircraft as it is loaded and unloaded. The changing weight causes the aircarft itself to rise and fall. In order to keep the jetway from damaging the aircraft as it goes up and down, the leveling function keeps the jetway in a constant position relative to the aircraft. It apparently went haywire and started to raise the jetway up and the operator couldn't or didn't stop it.
As it rose up, it caught the bottom of the passenger door and kept going up. Took the whole front of the airplane with it.
No passengers were onboard, just the crew.
