How stable is it compared to xp?

super unstable as it IS an alpha...as in the very first stage

It's not even out yet. It's not even being tested by Beta testers yet.

To ask a question like that now, is to ask if time travel is safe. It doesn't exsist, so there's no possible way for anyone to answer that in the way you are looking for.

There are a few people on Neowin with it actually, it is possible to get ahold of it, since it did leak out.

*EDIT*
Forgot to add, that I would not touch this OS till it at least hits Beta version, even than I would wait awhile since this is a major part of the computer, wouldn't want to screw up your computer etc

well i do have it on an old pc....build 4008, its like xp but with more eye candy and lazy-user features.

it didnt crash, but i didnt actually use it as my OS
