where do you live &
what do you pay for mortgage? I am thinking of moving out of state .. but I am not quite sure where too yet ... I spoke to someone that works in my company and they pretty much offered me a job in Tampa, FL .. but I donno where yet ,... any suggestions?
A mortgage also depends on what kind of house ya know...
And geographic area is also a big determining factor. You can find a decently sized house in metropolitan Seattle for probably $250k (although it'd be in the ghettos), but you go 10 miles north from there and all of a sudden that same house is $400k.
