What kind do you guys use? I have been using Designer Protein and I like. I need to get some more and am just wonder what you guys use and how satisfied you are with it. Thanks.

how many grams of protein per serving and how many servings per container?

if i remember correctly, about 25g with 6oz of water. i dont remember how many servings, but it will last me about 3 weeks (2x a day, 5 days a week).

The good thing about GNC Mega Whey it's that you mix it with a shake. I used to mix it with strawberries, bananas, and ice/water then mix the protein in it, can't taste it and works...

check out www.proscource.com great prices, and good stuff. I don't do supplments much anymore, but when I did this is where I got my stuff. The cytodyne meal replacement shakes were great and had a ton of protein. I used to mix it up with a little bit of peanutbutter, a banana, skim milk, and a couple of ice cubes. the reason for all the other stuff is it helps your body digest the protein more effectivly.
