When this was posted on Jalopnik, one of the commenters said that the cop was writing the ticket for failure to display an inspection sticker. Don't know if true, but registration/inspection tickets are pretty common.

True Snoop! If you can afford a Ferrari you can afford to get it inspected and registered. this guy already thought he was above the law when he tried to do that. parking tickets are what.... $50, maybe $100 in the city?
