I was under the impression that the turbo version of the 2nd gen could run low 14's stock. I'm guessing a b16 crx could keep up with that fairly well.

2nd gen. Not the slow new ones.

no, if I recall they decided to go the V6 route instead of turbo.

They run low 15's I believe in stock form.

:werd: they don't run low 14's without some modification... be it cheap modifications but it's still a modification.
