I need the new AE for Mac OS X... I've got a project to finish and working entirely within FCP's special effects board has been difficult

While the editing in FCP is top notch, when I tried to make a rave-style music video... I found the horrible horrible limitations in FCP's ability to make super-complex movies (Upwards of a thousand cuts), but I think if I had a better computer (Something faster than a 450 G4 DP w/ 448 ram) it would have been rather livable...

you are supposed to save it in small portions then put them into larger segments bit by bit instead of all at once.

Yeah... I wned: my own computer pretty well with that project...

I was mainly bored, and had a week of personal free time to kill. It was mostly an experement to see how complex of a movie I could make... The video was composed of 6 seperate overlayed timelines... with one timeline composed of a 64 or 128 (I forgot) picture sequence lined up with the piano...

It was a happy hardcore track too...

I was just reading an article on Vegas Video the other day in a magazine...they gave it a very positive review.

You have any clips that you have done with it? I am always curious to see peoples work cuz I am anxious to get my project started and finished already.

Enjoy

The volleyball promo company I used to work for went under, so all the promo videos I did for them are no longer available on the web
