Yeah it's doing its job well. I really need to get it tuned. I'm still debating whether to buy the wideband o2 kit to augment the tuning. I highly recommend this system to anyone that wants to make big power. I've been running into some electrical problems lately that's been leaving me stranded at times, including the Red Robin parking lot after dinner tonite. Turns out it's not the AEM, it's a loose connection under the steering column I jerry rigged a long time ago. Time to break out the soldering gun.

i say go for the wideband,...how much are you getting it for? 5 bills? i was thinking about the AEM when i get my b20 boosted,...im just not sure yet,...and i remember when i rigged all my underdash wires up back in the day,...took me 2 days to redo EVERYTHING,...just to get it right and clean,...i used alotta solder those 2 days,...but from that point on,..ive always soldered hehe

I've seen them as long as $350. I assume this is the lowest I'll ever see it for a long time since AEM has a strict policy on their pricing. If that sucker ever gets in my car, my a/f readings will be awesome coupled with the automapping feature. If I were you and were contemplating the EMS, just go for it you won't regret it. I've been messing around the software on the laptop and it's blowing my mind the capabilities of this thing.

As for wiring, I have a bad tendency to use butt connectors than soldering. I guess I'm learning my lesson.

Baseline I can get away with $40 for two pulls, but for an average dude it'll probably be $100. For tuning my shop used to be $120 but local competitors were complaining so they had to jack up the prices because those hole in the wall shops couldn't hang.

i was thinking 90 bucks a pull,...150 for tuning,...and if i was your tuning shop,...i would care less what the other shops were bitching about,...if they dont like it,...lower their prices,..if not,..shutdown shop and open a fruit stand,...its a business,..you gots to do what you can to stay open
