I have driven cars that were static droppped to within 3 inches or less of the ground as daily drivers and only gotten stuck 4 times that I can remember. You go that low you have to re-learn how to drive your damn car.

But now it's all about getting the look, not doing what's needed to make a car handle correctly at that height. As Kojima pointed out, that STi is in real danger of losing the whole front subframe. Imagine being next to it doing 65+ when that day comes. And in that FitFreak thread posted in the comments, the imbecile OP tore the top off the passenger front strut tower! For a fad.

The whole scene is a cancer, particularly here. And the CHP hasn't done shit.

Some of the ones I owned or drove weren't built with longevity in mind...I had a Late 70's Cutlass (the long boats) that we cut the coils on...not low enough so we cut them again...not low enough so we cut them again and removed the shocks, not low enough still so we put the shocks back in and removed the coils...ahh perfect height :rofl:

Drove it like that for a year then sold it to a guy who paid way too much for it.
