down here in hawaii there is a bunch of 88-91 civic h/b with 92-95 frontends on them, looks ok i guess. but there is a guy that did a nice 99-00 front end on a 95 civic h/b. he did it the right way where you cut the fenders in half and weld on the front half of the 99-00 ones. i give him props the lines flow smoothly.

i've seen this car in person.. the fenders and bumper are practically falliing off.. as shown in one of the pics on ebay.. its put together very poorly.. in this case
