I watched some friends race today and a white RSX Type-S (all stock) with just 1000 miles managed to stay one car length behind another friend's Supra TT (all stock). Supra only started really pulling at 3rd. Supra's auto btw, so no real chance of screwing up, but will be undergoing a manual swap.

I love the RSX-S yes its QUICK not really fast IMO. But staying with a Supra TT till 3rd even if its auto...IDK, maybe it could happen.

I heard tha they aren't really THAT fast unless modded and stickshift.

 

yeah...the RSX Type S is pretty damn quick...I test drove one and was pleasantly surprised at it's overall performance. Didn't like the interior, though..so I'll stick with the GS-R for now.

 

If he plans to build that Supra for drag the Auto is actually faster than the Manual.

 

I smoke supras all the time in my rsx. Big deal.
