If I were admin, I'd crack down on drama queens and posts that do nothing but but start shiet.

Flame wars, especially between noObs or others operating on total ignorance would be deleted in their entirety, and heavy penalties would be assessed on the instigators.

Uhm, I'd prolly develop some sort of code of conduct & discipline that established clear definitions of bannable offenses, mostly to expedite the removal of trolls and non-desirables.

All in all, people would be able to relax and have fun in the Basement, but anything reverting to grade-school name calling and the like would be verboten.
