Default What Helps to Get Rid of a Sore Throat?
I've had a sore throat for about a week now. I had a throat culture done and nothing came up.

Any suggestions?

zinc lozenges.

I have hot chicken soup, and try to swallow really fast to burn the bacteria to death:dunno: Not hot enuff to burn me, but hot enuff to make it uncomfortable. Werks fer me
