so what else do i need?

I know nothing about electronics...but I want a custom PS2 setup in my car. So now I've got a PS2, FM Modulator, and a 5.6" LCD Screen. Am I going to need a power inverter or anything? If yes, what brands do you suggest? Also what wiring will I need...and where can I get it?

Power inverter you'll need to go from that battery to 110V. Wire your car in a way to reduce EM waves, try to make all wire crossings at 90 degrees.
