who came first....cvcc or civic?
as we all know CVCC stands for "Controlled Vortex Combustion Chamber," Honda's technique to eliminate the need for a catalytic converter in earlier civics.
but who came first?
the engine technique, or the car.

I'm going to say 1985 in Japan.
Edit: But I know it as 1986 in the US. I think.

SI means "sport injected" -- what was the primary reason it was given this label.

Here's one for you: How many bolts were in the first gen Civic's front bumper? :fawk:
well i dunno that question, but if its anything like my ef, its like SIXTY.
the turn signals appeared "added on" and an "afterthough" so on the second gen they were integrated into the car.
