I'm reading a book written in the early-80's and it mentions spinner hubcaps. :eh: :dunno:

I've seen spinner hubcaps. One of caps had the spinner missing. Looked dumb, but you know someone had t eventually come up with the idea. All the wanna be ricers will always buy that stuff. If you have to do hubcaps, OEM always looks and fits best.

The "plus sizing" the hubcaps is an original idea, but I have yet to see one.
