i went to SAB today (*PICS*)
they had signs up saying no cameras and such, so i used my camera phone, so the pictures are kinda crappy. i had to go into steal mode because there were employees everywhere. i would say there were twice as many employees than customers in the store.
and as a comparison for price....i bought earl's stainless steel brake lines at inlinefour for $125 (an already high price) and they were going for $141 at SAB. but on the other hand, i got my head unit for $280 (before taxes) at a car audio place, and SAB was selling it for $279 (which is right at about MSRP). for the most part, they seemed reasonable, but i wouldn't buy anything there unless i could only find it there, or it was an emergency. and there were a ton of neon items there. and alot of SUV stuff too.
this is at the entrance of the store.

they had a lot of rims and tires inside the store, which i thought was odd. they had huge racks of tires that went way up. i tried to get price comparisons, but i only found kuhmo 712's in 235/45's which were $100 something.

and they had alot of stereo stuff set up. "value systems", "step up systems", "high end systems" or something like that. and "driver seat entertainment" and "navigation systems" stuff. i doubt i would buy any audio stuff there. they didn't have any JL Audio stuff, but they did have Alpine.
that's all the pictures i took. i didn't want to get caught and thrown out, and didn't feel like taking pictures of all the ricer stuff. half an aisle was set aside for altezza lights. :ugh:
