Need some help ladies and gentlemen!

I have some images of my car and my bro's car that I want to upload in the rex forum. I just got finished uploading them onto the Sony Imagestation website and I have no idea what to do now? Thanks for the help.

click on the picture from imagestation, then right click the picture>properties....then copy the URL
