My friend works at Blockbuster. (waived late fees) They have 52,375 people on management so I don't know how you'll get anywhere. I'd call up Blockbuster themselves if you don't get anywhere with them.

You could avoid that place like the plague and just go to a different Blockbuster. Suprisingly enough they are not linked so if you have a late fee one place it won't show if you go to a different one.

fuck blockbuster they pulled the same shiet on me, my girlfriend, my uncle, my mom, and my friend that used to be a MANAGER there. not one of us paid, and none of us rent there any more either. i'd go in and tell them you aren't going to pay for their mistake and cancel the account. hollywood video all the way baby.

Oh yea, I met this one girl who showed me how to get around paying the fees. I forgot the procedure, but it's essentially calling up Blockbuster pretending to be an employee. I forget the rest...

I've never had a problem with Hollywood Video. It's just out of my way, but for awhile there I only went to them because Blockbuster said I owed $32. Then they gave me that fee, remember their whole little debacle that went on a few years ago?
