Lets not forget, what you make has a lot to do with where you live (what part of the country)...........I know that a lot of you are west coasters (and a few east coasters), but some kids reading this in the midwest may get the wrong idea. haha (I live in the midwest by the way).

My goal coming out of college was to make $100K/year by the time I was 30..........I am now 27 and I make about $60K per year.......gonna have to change jobs if I want to reach my goal. I knew that it was a bit lofty, but what is the use in setting goals that are easy to achieve.

Like the previous posts..........I find FTOlimited to be a little sketchy.............I am still confused at how you think you can get a PhD before, or at the same time, as a masters degree. But then again, you did say it was your first year in college, so you have been there what............two weeks? It will take some time to get adjusted and fully understand what is going on.

from now I would say 100,000. I think I can do it. I should be getting a big raise this coming year since I will be finished with my MBA. Then if I move around a little within the company I will definetly be able to make my goal.

in march '04 i'll be w/ bellsouth for 5 years. the current contract will have me making $1052 per week (~55k a year). i love what i do, i just HATE where i do it (tn & bellsouth). the benefits are GREAT though

not bad money, but i've decided to goto ITT or New Horizons & get my computer certifications. i'd like to move to Vegas after i get 'em. i've been told that the casinos pay pretty good to people w/ computer experience. i really like the climate & the "atmosphere" of Vegas & i gotta get the FUCK outta tennessee!!!!!

my only dilema is where to go.

if i goto ITT, bellsouth will pay 90% because it's an accredited school & i'll get an actual degree, but it'll take a minimum of 18-24 months.

if i goto New Horizions, i'll have to pay for alll of it (~$5000), put i can do it all in about 12 months, but no degree, just certifications.

i already have A+ and N+ certifications (bellsouth paid for cause they are required to do ADSL installs) :naughty:
I want to get MCSE.....CCNA....CCNP.....& maybe a little SQL experience.

Any suggestions on which route i should go?

haha okay relax dude

so you are not getting a traditional PhD. Philosophiae Doctor (doctor of philosophy) "as in an American doctorate usually based on at least 3 years graduate study and a dissertation; the highest degree awarded by a graduate school"

but you're getting PhD as ain Pharm.D. It's all good.

have to agree with mr. rick...a PharmD. is nothing close to a PhD. I hate it if people called me dr. because i'm not...and it's foolish for them to do so, but i have to call my stupid PharmD. teachers Dr.'s
