I get numerous of calls regarding this...example below

Customer: I can't get online
Me: Let me check that for you. Can you try to access www.yahoo.com?
C: Yes
M: OK. That means you're online. www.msn.com is having problems today. There's nothing wrong with your connection.
C: So what's the problem?
M: www.msn.com is down. The owner of that site, MS, is working on restoring it.
C: So when do you expect to fix this.
M: We are uncertain of the resolution since this is something MS needs to resolve.
C: So is it going to be fixed today?
M: I am uncertain as to the resolution of that.
C: So what am I suppose to do to get online.
M: You are online, sir. You just need to go type in the address where you want to go and sign in.
C: So what's the problem, do you know?
Me: The problem is www.msn.com is having a problem.
C: Oh ok...I still don't know what you said...but ok...
