Well, definitely see it in IMAX, at least for the screen and the sound. The 3D, well, it's not bad for a post-conversion... but I could take it or leave it.

I wish we had a REAL IMAX in San Diego...you would think we would, but nope...none that show main stream movies.

Lol yeah, I hear ya. But if its between IMAX & 3D or just a plain screen... I'd still go for the IMAX. This is definitely one you need to see as big and as loud as possible.

I'm just glad that in a couple months, I won't have to deal with 3D when The Dark Knight Rises comes out... that'll just be straight up IMAX.

Saw it, awesome, 3D made me a little sick... I think I would have enjoyed it better in 2D....

Wow. Saw it last night and was really impressed. I think I liked it more than the original Iron Man, which thus far had been far and away my favorite of the Marvel movies. I was expecting a slightly funny, light-hearted action flick. What I got was a really funny action flick with surprising depth and emotion. A couple of minor plot issues, but overall a very, very good movie and one that's definitely worth seeing in the theaters.

Saw it 3D ($14 tickets ) -- compared to other 3d flicks I've seen I think this was a good use. The 3d wasn't overbearing and the movie mostly avoided fast cuts that make 3D difficult to watch.
