I sent a package to CA. It was a small gift for my girlfriend who is visiting a friend. I timed it so it would get there when she arrived. Now Airborne is telling me that it never made it to CA! It is sitting somewhere "in transit" so they say. I am pissed! All they can do is say they are sorry and refund my money AFTER I asked for it back. I'm just ranting. I told them they better get it to her office by Tuesday since they don't work on Monday. Then I said it is going to back to NJ and then she said it won't get there til Wed! I said, then it better be there before 1030am.

I planned it just fine. They guarentee a time and date. It's not my fault they can't their job done. I shouldn't have to give them extra time. We, as a company, pay them a lot of money.
