something i dont understand about dyno graphs
using this graph as an example...
what does that line at 7.5k represent? why does it show the hp and tq at that rpm?

so an engine pushing ~140/150 to the wheels all the way up to 200 by bolt ons, vafc, and new cams and gears?

That is, unless the owner of the vehicle deliberately left some other stuff out.
