I figured HAN has been dead so I'd post my new turd. Sold the G35 a few months ago as it really didn't do much for me to be honest. Anyhow, made some cash and have been trying to find a clean ef hatch which I intend on putting a bit of time/money into. Been pimpin a 98 century and really putting heart into saving the g profit for an ef project (I'm horrible about saving money). So here enters the turd. 94 corolla that I've been using as a daily for around four months or so. Paid an outrageous price $100! Put a clutch in it and replaced clutch master and slave. A/C works but it is the base model with manual everything. Just thought I would show you guys this and if nothing else it'll be a new thread on HAN :hsdunno:

What's the mileage at?

 

209k on the car. It has been driven that's for sure. It was the daughter's car of the guy I got it from so it has dents here and there but I have around 300 in it. I've put somewhere around 2500 miles in it and haven't had a problem. Can't really bitch.

Well the first order of business is to find a suitable chassis. Everyone I have looked at is just beat to death. Plans will be simple at first i.e. swap and basic restoration of body and interior. Don't know past that

 

Nice. Sounds like a good time. Good luck finding a good shell. They are out there, just getting harder to find in decent shape.

 

Can't beat a car that runs for $100 + cost of a clutch. Nice pickup for a beater.
