WTH, prelude TypeR?
I stumbled upon this:
I'm finally done with my Project CAR!!!! YEAH!!! only took a full year of hard work and all.... I'm trying to get the pictures develope as soon as possible... I'll show you guys what I did and have pix of everything that was done.... OH BOY I'M SO EXCITED!!! took it for a spin today and MAN did it turn HEADS!! oh boy just hope that you guys/gals like it as much as I DO! ok now for some info on the car.
What I did to the car. I have converted my 1992 Honda Prelude SI into a Prelude Type-R

Model: Prelude SI converted to Prelude Type-R

- factory h23 engine a lousy 170 HP ATW
- factory everything else....
- factory color silver
- factory spoiler
New Specs:
- Japan JDM H22 engine swap, WHOOPING 200HP ATW ($4,ooo US)
- DC 4-2-1 Header ($500)
- DC Cold Intake ($300)
- DC Catback ($300)
- Bomz High Cat Flow ($100)
- R1 Coil over ($80)
- KYB AGX Shocks ($400)
- Custom Flame Thrower-(like you see in fastNferious) truely works ($75)

there is no Prelude R from Honda.
The only true Type R's from Japan are the:
Integra Type R (DC2, DC5)
NSX R
Civic Type R (EK9)
the Accord Type R and the current Civic Type R are made in the UK.
