I guess my only question is why you're purchaseing such a large investment when your relationship seems so unsteady. Maybe I am just reading into what you said to much but it sounded like you guy's fight and are on bad terms regularly. :dunno: I am not saying that couples don't fight but my wife and I can fight and still sleep together.

Anyway's back on topic, great house. I wish I had a home instead of an apartment.:thumbup: h:

My mom is buying this as a second house, then leasing it out too us. And just so you know, its not just her and I, we also have a friend moving in. Basically I just want my own room...I've had my own room for the last 19 years and I'd like to keep it that way...not that we fight or that she bothers me, just that I like having my own space. I'm not ready to give that up.

Too me its the best of both worlds...we have the option to sleep in the same bed, but if we need some good sleep or our own space for one reason or another, we have that option too.

 

I sleep better with my lady with me.

I've been working all summer to pay her off 2 grand I owe her...

and I'll be paying her money that my dad would normally give to her, but is rightfully mine due to my parents divorce.

None the less, I know I'm spoiled, and I thank her for it all the time
